Adobe Acrobat’s creative AI features
According to Adobe’s blog post, its PDF management tool Acrobat has an AI assistant that helps users get summaries of long documents in minutes. The AI Assistant, which is in beta, allows users to perform a variety of intelligent functions, such as creating summaries, answering questions, chatting with a document, and more. Adobe said: “AI Assistant brings generative artificial intelligence to the masses and unlocks new value from the data contained in the world’s approximately 3 trillion PDF files.”
According to reports, AI assistance works with artificial intelligence and machine learning models. These models enable the tool to “deeply understand PDF structure and content.” AI Assistant beta is now available to Acrobat Individual, Pro, Teams users, and Acrobat Pro trial users at no additional cost to use AI features. The blog highlighted the most important AI features that appear in the desktop version.
The application is also able to generate smart links to facilitate the source. The AI assistant can also organize information into key points, email drafts, presentation content, reports and other formats.
Adobe also emphasized that the AI assistant was developed using Adobe’s AI Ethics processes, which provide enterprise-level data security and data management. The tool also ensures that AI features are controlled by data security protocols and that no customer data is stored to train AI assistants.
