A leaked video shows a possible Google Pixel Fold before launch; Check out the renderings and more
Google’s first foldable smartphone – the Pixel Fold – has been rumored for some time. Time after time, renders have surfaced showing what the phone could look like, possible specifications and other important details. But now a working Pixel Fold has been leaked. The possible Pixel Foldable phone in the leaked video is unbranded, so we recommend taking it with a grain of salt until Google confirms it.

According to reliable leaker Kuba Wojciechowski, the phone in the video is the Pixel Fold, as he told The Verge, and the circulating video is a month old at this point.
The video shows a device with no logos, a selfie camera and rounded corners. And as The Verge noted, there’s no clear indication that the phone could be the long-rumored Pixel Fold, but Kuba Wojciechowski is standing by his information.
Recently, CNBC reported that the Pixel Fold will be announced at the annual Google I/O on May 10, followed by a release in June. According to a CNBC report, the Pixel Fold will feature a Tensor G2 SoC, the same chipset that powers the current Pixel 7 and 7 Pro, and will feature a 7.6-inch internal display and a 5.8-inch external display. Expected to be priced at $1,700, Google is also expected to double the battery charge, which could offer up to 24 hours of battery life, or up to 72 hours in low-power mode.
Another tipster and YouTuber, Jon Prosser, revealed alleged renders of the Pixel Fold on his channel Front Page Tech. According to the renders, the phone will have a triple camera, rounded corners and a minimal gap when the phone is folded. The renders also suggest that the phone will retain the design introduced with the original Pixel 6 series. It’s also important to note that the renders revealed by Jon Prosser and the video leaked by Kuba Wojciechowski show what appears to be the same device.
