Samsung Unveils Galaxy Tab S9 Series: Price, Availability & Specifications
Samsung, the leading technology company from South Korea, has revealed the release of its latest high-end tablets, the Galaxy Tab S9, Tab S9+, and Tab S9 Ultra, in India and worldwide. These new additions to the Galaxy Tab S9 series boast impressive features such as Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chips, and an IP68 rating. Additionally, Samsung is providing users with the advantage of four generations of One UI and Android OS upgrades, as well as five years of security updates.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 series: price, color options and availability
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 series is available in beige and graphite color options and in three sizes: the 14.6-inch Tab S9 Ultra, the 12.4-inch Tab S9+ and the 11-inch Tab S9.
The base model of the Galaxy Tab S9 starts at $799. (about 65,700 rubles). The Galaxy Tab S9+ is priced at $999 (roughly Rs. 82,100), while the top-of-the-line Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra costs $1,199 (roughly Rs. 98,500). Galaxy Tab S9 series India prices will be announced tomorrow.
Pre-orders for the Galaxy Tab S9 series have begun today in the US, and the tablets will be available for purchase starting August 11.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 series specifications
The new Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 series features an Armor Aluminum design that makes it usable in demanding environments. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 series has 20 percent larger four speakers. Samsung’s new tablets are equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile platform.
In addition, the Galaxy Tab S9 series and the S Pen are now both IP68 rated for water and dust resistance. The S Pen can also write in the search bar, browsers and app stores. The Galaxy Tab S9 series introduces Multi Window, which allows users to view up to three applications as a grid of easily adjustable windows.
The Galaxy Tab S9 series also comes with GoodNotes, which offers a new note-taking and diary experience on Android for the first time. In addition, notes created in GoodNotes on all platforms can be easily shared and edited together at the same time.
“The Galaxy Tab S9 series also seamlessly integrates into the Galaxy ecosystem. Using creative tools is easy when the Galaxy Tab S9 tablets are connected to other devices. Multi Control makes copying, pasting or dragging text and images directly between the tablet and smartphone seamless, allowing users can control their smartphone with the Galaxy Tab S9 touchpad,” the company claims.
Compared to previous generations, the Tab S9 series has a wider range of recycled materials in both internal and external components. It is also delivered in a renewed packaging box and the paper used in the packaging box is 100% recycled paper.
