Apple Store No Longer Carrying These iPhone Models, But They’re Still Available for Purchase
The launch of Apple’s new iPhones can be good news and bad news for the public. The good news is that some of the older iPhones have now received a price cut, making them more attractive to buyers. And the bad news is that Apple has decided to cut down its iPhone lineup in the market by removing a large list of models from its shelves. When you browse the Apple India Store, you will find that the new iPhone 15 models are full while the previous iPhone iterations are left out.
iPhone removed from the Apple Store
– iPhone 12
– iPhone 13 mini
– iPhone 14 Pro
– iPhone 14 Pro Max
As you can see from the list, Apple has completely stopped official sales of the iPhone 12 model and has also stopped selling the iPhone 13 mini, the company’s first launch in 2021.
Apple has seen demand for the Mini model gradually decline since its introduction. In fact, the company decided to go minimal by offering the iPhone Plus version last year and this year with the iPhone 15 series as well.
But that’s the problem with these models, just because Apple has delisted them doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t buy them anymore. In fact, many offline and online retailers are trying to sell the rest of these aforementioned models by offering special discounts or other offers.
Apple usually offers five years of iOS updates, which allows you to use an old model without worrying about its security and usability support. With India’s festive season around the corner, this might be a good time to finally buy an iPhone without spending a fortune.
The new iPhone 15 and 15 Plus are manufactured in India, and somehow Apple has kept their prices the same as their predecessors, starting at Rs 79,900. The price of older iPhones in Apple’s range has been reduced by Rs 10,000, giving you an opportunity to buy the iPhone 13 for less than Rs 60,000 in the country.
