Artechouse Exhibition in New York Features AI-Generated Visuals of NASA Images for a Psychedelic Trip Through Space
Artechouse Studio is currently showcasing a new exhibition called Beyond The Light, which delves into the captivating colors found in the vast darkness of space. This unique display not only offers visually stunning spectacles but also tells the story of our universe. Artechouse, an institution that combines art and technology, aims to create immersive experiences through its exhibitions. In collaboration with NASA, the exhibition utilizes data collected from space telescopes like the James Webb Space Telescope to bring the unseen depths of our universe to life. Additionally, AI-aided visual production techniques are employed to enhance the presentation of this data.
“We believe that art, science and technology can bring together a fascinating experience. This exhibition brings together existing science and data and brings it to life artistically in a way that has never been done before,” Sandro Kereselidze, creative director of Artechouse, said in a statement.

This exhibition uses several techniques to bring the art together. It uses advanced artificial intelligence models to give visual form to NASA data, sheet music created from original galactic data and images from the James Webb Telescope. “Beyond the Light, an original artistic expression of scientific discovery, is the story of how human innovation has helped us see beyond our imaginations and into the farthest reaches of the cosmos,” Artechouse’s website states.
