Googles free COVID-19 virus checkup site is live! How does it work?
A couple of days ago, the US president, Donald Trump announced that Google Verily division that deals with health care work COVID-19 (corona virus) health checkup website. Google also confirmed the news later, social media, and even announced on the website to go live soon. However, no dates were given at that time. But the day after the announcement, the site has gone live.
Who reside in California, the United States can visit the website to make online COVID 19-screener questionnaire. People who meet the eligibility criteria is controlled by a mobile testing sites based on position, once they go through a nasal swab test and announced in the coming days, if they are infected with COVID-19 or not.
You can visit the website and tap on the ‘Getting Started’ tab. You are entitled to get screened coronavirus testing if you:
Shares of 18 or older.
-US. resident.
-Located one of the provinces, where testing is currently available.
-Willing to sign COVID-19 public authorization form.
-Able to speak and read English.
Also mentioned that testing is free of charge.
Writing, verily, notes that this new online tool “is made in collaboration with the California governor’s office, federal, state and local health authorities. Testing sites are only limited to the Bay Area now, but will soon.” The more testing kits and websites are available, we are going to scale capacity, “the company said.
