Government introduces deep-tech fortification scheme for defence sector in Tech Budget 2024
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman made a noteworthy announcement on Thursday regarding the government’s upcoming plan to strengthen advanced technology in the defense industry. This revelation took place while presenting the interim Budget for the fiscal year 2024-25.
In addition, Minister Sitharaman outlined the government’s commitment to promoting both public and private investment in post-harvest agricultural activities. He highlighted the advancements in agricultural practices and highlighted the planned expansion of the use of nano-DAP for different crops in different agro-climatic zones.
