The billionaire said in the podcast that integrating artificial intelligence into work could create a 3-day work week. Thanks to an effective transition period and government support, people do not have to work 40-48 hours a week. Artificial intelligence will create more free time for people and the day will come when they “don’t have to work so hard”. Gates said, “If you end up with a society where you only have to work three days a week, that’s probably OK.”
