As reported by The Elec, Apple is planning a compact foldable iPad that is expected to make its debut sometime between 2026 and 2027. To be precise, this iPad can be 7-8 inches in size and can also function as an iPad. a replacement for the current 8.3-inch iPad Mini currently available for purchase.
If such a model were to materialize, it would mean the possibility of getting a compact iPad device as a whole. However, when opened, it would give quite a display.
At the same time, the publication also highlights that Apple is actively developing a flat OLED panel for the upcoming iteration of the iPad mini. This development may appear after Apple has switched to OLED panels in the iPad Pro range.
