Launch of the Moto E7 with 48 megapixel camera
Unlike E-series phones in the past, the new model bets big on the camera and general spec upgrade. The design has also been improved to give it a more trendy look. For example, it has a square camera module on the back.

Motorola’s new Moto E7 has a 6.5-inch Max Vision screen but with HD + resolution. The phone has an IPS TFT LCD panel with a 20: 9 aspect ratio. The phone measures 164.93 x 75.73 x 8.89mm and weighs around 180 grams. It has a plastic shell on the back. It is available in Mineral Gray, Aqua Blue and Satin Coral color options.
As said before, the big highlight of the phone is the camera – it sports a dual camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary sensor and a secondary 2-megapixel sensor. The sensors are accompanied by an LED flash. Up front, it has a 5-megapixel selfie camera.
For performance, the Moto E7 has a MediaTek Helio G25 processor coupled with 2 GB of RAM. The phone comes with 32GB and 64GB storage options. Both variants support expandable storage up to 512GB via a microSD card. A 4000mAh battery powers the phone and is said to provide up to 36 hours of backup. It supports 10W charging.
On the software side, it runs on Android 10 out of the box. Other features of the phone include a single speaker, Bluetooth 5.0, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port.
