Amazfit GTS 2 smartwatch with 7-day battery life launched in India
Amazfit today announced the launch of a new smartwatch in India. Amazfit GTS 2 will officially launch in India on December 21. This is Amazfit’s second smartwatch after the GTR 2. Amazfit is also planning to launch the GTS 2 mini in India at Christmas.
Unlike the Amazfit GTR 2, the GTS 2 has a square screen with a 1.65 inch HD AMOLED display. In addition to this, Corning 3D glass with anti-fingerprint coating and anti-scratch coating. The smartwatch supports over 50 watch faces and also has an always-on display.
Amazfit GTS 2 has a BioTracker 2 PPG optical sensor for heart rate monitoring, including resting heart rate, heart rate zones, and abnormal heart rate warnings. It can also measure your blood oxygen saturation. The smart watch can also monitor your sleep, including REM sleep and short naps.
More features on the Amazfit GTS 2 include over 90 built-in sport modes and 5 ATM water resistance up to 50 meters. The smartwatch comes with 3 GB of storage space for local music files. It also has a built-in speaker and microphone for phone calls. The GTS 2 smartwatch can also be connected to Bluetooth headphones.
There is a 246mAh battery on the Amazfit GTS 2 which would last for seven days in normal use and 20 days in basic use.
