Apple CEO Tim Cook’s Salary in 2023: Revealed

According to a report by The Hollywood Reporter via AppleInsider, Apple’s recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) revealed that Tim Cook earned $3 million in base salary, $47 million in stock-based bonuses and $10.7 million in non-equity incentive compensation. and other compensation of $2.5 million.
By comparison, Cook earned a total of $99.4 million in the 2022 fiscal year, although his base salary remained unchanged at $3 million. The difference in compensation is due to equity awards totaling $83 million, as well as non-equity awards of $12 million and other awards of $1.4 million.
