The launch of the OnePlus 12 is not far off, and the company is likely to launch its new flagship phone in early 2024, according to reports. The brand is clearly in the running to launch the first phones powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset with the likes of Xiaomi, iQOO also in the running.
The OnePlus 12 could be another Oppo-OnePlus spin-off, which means people might see further improvements to the device, which we recently saw with the first OnePlus foldable called the OnePlus Open.
The OnePlus 12 launch could happen in January, and the timeline has become plausible now that the company’s upcoming phone is already going through the industry certification process, which usually means an official launch is near. India is one of the brand’s biggest markets, and the OnePlus 11 launch timeline assumes that the company will also get its new phone in the country at the same time.
According to the device list in the database, the name is OnePlus 12, which is the next OnePlus flagship product in the market. Its release date is November 9, which was just a few days ago.
The OnePlus 12 is expected to be a powerful upgrade not only thanks to a new AI chip, but the company is also rumored to use a new camera system developed with Hasselblad. The next OnePlus phone should also feature its fast charging technology, at least 100W wired, keeping the wireless speed at 50W.
The display should be on par with the panel we saw at the recent OnePlus Open fold, but we’re hoping the cameras will see the Oppo-OnePlus team work some magic to make the OnePlus 12 a quality flagship phone for buyers to consider.
