Google brings faster night vision to the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro smartphones
Tech giant Google has announced that it will introduce a faster “Night Sight” app on the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro smartphones. Also, the Magic Eraser tool is now available for all Pixel smartphones.
The tech giant introduced faster Night Sight on the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro in October last year.
“Thanks to the latest Feature Drop, Night Sight can now capture low-light images faster even on Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro thanks to new algorithms powered by Google Tensor,” the tech giant said in a blog post on Monday.
The company also mentioned that the Pixel now has Health Connect built in, giving users a powerful way to store, connect and share data from their compatible health and fitness apps.
Health Connect stores users’ information on the device and provides them with a set of controls to manage their health and fitness data.
“In the coming weeks, new sound and display settings in Wear OS 3+ will make it easier to customize sound and visual experiences on the Pixel Watch,” it added.
Users can also use mono audio on the Pixel Watch to limit confusion from split audio, and new color correction and grayscale modes better optimize the display for more viewing settings.
Last month, the tech giant announced that it would be rolling out the fall detection feature to all Pixel watches.
The fall detection feature uses motion sensors built into users’ watch and the device’s machine learning to determine if the user has had a hard fall.
