Instagram Introduces ‘Add Your Templates’ Feature to Stories
Instagram is known for frequently adding new features to keep the user experience fresh and thus updating the user experience. The latest addition to Instagram’s features are “Add Your Own” templates, which bring the ability to create new custom templates for Stories. This allows you to attach GIFs, text, and more to a story template that you can later share with your followers.
This appears to be an extension of the “Add Yours” sticker that Instagram first introduced over a couple of years ago. In addition, a template feature for Instagram Reels models has been added to the application owned by Meta, which allows creators to easily make reels from models.

How the Add Your Own Templates feature works:
To start using this feature, you need to start uploading a story, jazz it up with GIFs, text or even other images from your phone’s gallery. Then add the Add Your Templates sticker, which you can find in the section where you add images and GIFs, and select the elements you want for your template.
Next, whenever a user wants to use your template, they can’t change what you originally created, but they can add their own touch to it.
This feature has already been rolled out globally. But if you don’t have it yet, try updating the Instagram app or wait as it may be a phased rollout.
