Jio Platforms has created an innovative AI platform called Jio Brain. The company has developed the platform with the help of hundreds of engineers who have been a key part of the research and development team for the past 2 years.
Aayush Bhatnagar, Senior Vice President, Jio here, talks about the company’s latest efforts in AI and machine learning.
He points out that Jio Brain integrates ML capabilities into telephony services, enterprise network and even any industry-specific IT environment without major network/IT changes and upgrades to support the technology.
Jio Brain comes with a rich selection of over 500 REST APIs and data APIs that can be used to create ML-enabled services for these businesses.
But that’s not all, Jio Brain is not only focused on businesses, you also have advanced AI features that can be used for images, videos, text, documents and speech. In addition to this, Jio Brain offers its built-in AI algorithms as a ‘service’ to its customers.
He also says that Jio Brain will help create new 5G services, look for business changes, help optimize networks and lay the groundwork for the development of 6G networks, where machine learning will play a big role in the near future.
Jio Platforms is also open to working and collaborating with AI/ML researchers with similar interests that can be used to create value and scale the Jio Brain innovation ecosystem.
