1. The Minister of Finance announced that one million households will receive up to 300 units of free electricity per month with rooftop solar energy. It follows Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s decision at the consecration ceremony of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya on January 22.
2. Rs. 1 lakh Cr. long-term financing or refinancing options are offered. This is granted for a maximum of 50 years without interest and at a low or zero interest rate.
