Lamborghini Previews Electric Supercar Ahead of August 18th Unveiling
Lamborghini is set to unveil its inaugural all-electric supercar, shortly after introducing its Revuelto plug-in hybrid a few months ago. The automaker provided a sneak peek of the vehicle’s upper body through a silhouette teaser image.
However, you won’t have to wait long to find out more about this mysterious electric car. Lamborghini is expected to unveil the concept on August 18 during Monterey Auto Week. What we do know is that it’s an all-new fourth model in the lineup and not a version of the existing model with an electric drivetrain.
However, don’t expect this to be a finished product. Lambo’s first all-electric car may still be years away from production, as it promised to release such a model only by 2030. Like many other automakers, Lamborghini is on its way to full electrification, but it’s likely that it will take the brand several more years to get there.
Something new and truly thrilling is about to be unveiled.
August 18th.
