Read protocol for the COVID-19 scanner is now available
In accordance with the recommendations of major international professional medical associations such as the American College of Radiology or the Société Française de Radiologie, the breast scanner is intended as a comparator for monitoring patients with suspected or confirmed initial or secondary signs of clinical worsening (dyspnea, desaturation, etc.). Based on these guidelines, the company has developed a special reading protocol based on the Intrasense Myrian platform lung application XP-Lung.
This protocol contains many clinical key points, in particular screening, analysis of pathological stages, and clinical development. The solution, developed by Intrasense teams, provides an objective measurement of patient failure and available lung reserve, allowing rapid identification of healthy and pathological areas (abrasive opacities, condensations, crazy coating, emphysematous areas). These elements provide a lung reserve and a density histogram for total lung volume.
This special COVID-19 protocol, based on the Myrian XP-Lung lung application, is provided free of charge to all healthcare professionals fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. A request for access to solutions can be made by filling out the form available on the company website.
