A Sneak Peek at the Mysterious Black Apple Watch Ultra – Is It the Next Prototype?
It’s only been a few months since the Apple Watch Ultra 2 and Series 9 were released alongside the iPhone 15 series, but now a recent leak from tipster ParrotSWD on X (formerly Twitter) suggests that Apple may have been working on an Apple Watch. Ultra black, plastic action button reduces costs.
According to his X release based on FCC filings, the design of the alleged black Apple Watch Ultra resembles the current Apple Watch Ultra 2 and the original Apple Watch Ultra. However, there are three things that stand out: First, the action buttons appear to be made of a different material, possibly plastic. Second, the watch has a space black-like finish similar to the new MacBook Pro 14″ and 16″. Reports suggest that a plastic button could lower the watch’s overall cost, but we’ll never know until Apple releases one.

And finally, the watch in the images has a darker ceramic finish, reminding you of the darker bottom surface of the Apple Watch series models, and different from the current Apple Watch Ultra models, which have a beige/cream colored ceramic finish on the bottom. from the clock.
The tipster notes that the images revealed by the FCC are of a prototype, but it’s unclear whether Apple is currently in development or has already abandoned the project.
