The Xiaomi 13 Pro release date will be announced before MWC 2023 this month
The Xiaomi 13 Pro release date has been confirmed as Mobile World Congress 2023 takes shape later this month. The Xiaomi event teaser suggests that the Xiaomi 13 Pro will be announced globally on February 26, which is just a few weeks away. MWC 2023 kicks off on February 27, so the company could use the sidelines of the big tech event to showcase its new flagship in front of the world.
Xiaomi 13 Pro India launch likely?
Apart from the global launch, the Xiaomi 13 Pro could also be announced in the Indian market on the same day. Xiaomi’s latest flagship phones feature top-of-the-line hardware, Leica-powered cameras, and a new look. It faces the new OnePlus 11 5G, iQOO 11 and even the vanilla Samsung Galaxy S23 smartphone. Xiaomi entered the premium segment in India with the Mi 11 Ultra, then last year we also got the Xiaomi 12 series, and now its successor is also on the way.
The Xiaomi 13 series debuted in China in December last year, but the teaser seems to suggest that the company will only release the Pro version. It gets a Leica-powered camera, and after getting a glimpse of its quality on the Xiaomi 12S Ultra, we’re excited to see Xiaomi bring its capabilities to more devices.
