Despite the 200-megapixel camera sensor, Android colleagues have already used pixel-merging technology for 12-megapixel playback. But the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro’s 48MP sensors output 24MP by default, making them the first phones to do so.

Portrait mode does not need to be activated

On iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15, you can convert a normal mode photo to a portrait later when you edit it. So, if you forget to click in portrait mode, don’t worry because the iPhone 15 Series stores the depth information that you can use to convert any photo you clicked on your iPhone in portrait mode. This is certainly a first and quite clever feature.
