Annual international roaming packages

Jio and Airtel are the only carriers that offer annual international roaming plans and Vi has no plans available. Jio’s plan costs Rs 2,799 and includes 100 minutes of outgoing and incoming calls, 2GB of data and 100 SMS for a total of 365 days. Airtel, on the other hand, offers a comparable 365-day validity for Rs 2,997, which includes 100 local, domestic and incoming minutes, 2GB data and 20 SMS. Jio’s plan is the most cost effective when comparing the cost of these plans.

International roaming plans for USA, Mexico and US Virgin Islands

Jio and Airtel both have month long stay options. Jio’s 30-day plan costs Rs 3,455 and includes 250 minutes of local and domestic calls, 25GB data and 100 SMS. Airtel, on the other hand, offers 100 minutes of local calls and calls to India and incoming calls per day, 12GB data and 20 SMS for the same 30 days at Rs 3,999. Jio stands out by offering 7x more data, cheaper and unlimited incoming calls.

If you don’t want to buy 30-day packs, Jio offers you a 21-day pack that costs Rs 2,555 and offers 250 minutes of local and domestic calls, 15GB data, 100 SMS and unlimited incoming calls. Airtel offers a similar pack of Rs 2,998 which includes 200 minutes of voice calls (local + calls to India + incoming), 5GB data and 20 SMS, valid for 30 days.

Vi also has 7-day validity plans that offer 7GB data, 120 minutes of voice calls, free incoming calls and SMS at Rs 15 per SMS.

International roaming package for UAE only

As for international roaming plans in UAE, Jio offers a Rs 898 pack that offers 100 minutes of local and domestic calls, 100 minutes of incoming calls, 1GB of data and 100 SMS with a seven-day validity. . Airtel offers a comparable pack priced at Rs 899 which includes 1GB data and 20 SMS for seven days validity. Priced at Rs 1,198, Vi’s plan offers 2GB data and no SMS for a longer validity period of 20 days.

At the higher end is Jio’s Rs 1,598 plan, which offers 150 minutes of talk time, 150 minutes of incoming calls, 3GB of data, 100 texts and 14 days of validity. Airtel’s closest plan offers 200 minutes of voice calls including local calls to India and incoming calls, 5GB data, 20 SMS, validity of 30 days. This plan costs Rs 2,998. Priced at Rs 2,388, Vi’s plan gives you 300 minutes of outgoing and incoming calls, 4GB of data, no SMS and 40 days of validity.
