AI interviews – A reality soon?
According to a ZDNet report, employers may soon be using artificial intelligence on their side and it will be used for job interviews by 2024. The report is based on a survey by Resume Builder, according to which 43 percent of companies already have or are planning to. to implement artificial intelligence interviews by 2024. The survey was conducted by talking to 1,000 employees who are involved in recruitment processes in their companies to find out about the use of artificial intelligence during interviews.
“We’re already using AI to train our new hires, so we plan to move in that direction soon,” said one employee. On the other hand, 32 percent say their companies have no plans to incorporate artificial intelligence in the near future. Reasons include direct contact with the candidate, cost efficiency and uncertainty about the results.
What about the benefits of using artificial intelligence? According to two-thirds of this group, the inclusion of artificial intelligence in recruitment processes increases the efficiency of recruitment. Additionally, more than half believe that AI will eventually replace human hiring managers.
Will there be a human contribution to it?
