Akai Fire TV Edition launches in India, priced at ₹23,999
There is a new Fire TV edition in India, and it is from the Japanese company Akai. The Akai Fire TV Edition has a 43-inch screen with Full HD resolution. Akai is now joining Onida to bring Fire TV Edition to India.
In terms of specifications, Akai Fire TV Edition has a 43-inch Full HD LCD display with a refresh rate of 60Hz. The TV runs on Amazon’s Fire TV operating system, which also offers access to popular OTT platforms, games and live TV. It is also equipped with 20W speakers, Dolby Audio and DTS TruSurround.
The Akai Fire TV Edition packs 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage. It offers 178 degree viewing angle and users can mirror their phone to the TV as well. Its connectivity options include three HDMI ports and one USB port. The TV comes with a remote control that supports Alexa voice search and dedicated buttons for Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Amazon Music. There’s also one for quick access to apps.
