Elon Musk is busy with several businesses these days, but he still has time to enjoy leisure activities like playing video games. But X Chief is not going to play Grand Theft Auto (GTA) 6 which will be released in 2025. The popular GTA series is a global hit and even the 2-minute trailer for GTA 6 got more than 80 million views in 24 hours.
So why doesn’t Musk want to play this series? Answering the X poll, Musk admitted that he doesn’t like the crime in the GTA series and that’s why he hasn’t played any version of GTA and doesn’t plan to play the next version GTA 6 either. Tried but didn’t like crime. GTA5 required shooting cops in the opening scene. I just couldn’t do it,” Musk said.
His comments received mixed responses on social media, with some questioning whether he was trolling the game, with one user calling him a “good guy”.
An official trailer on Rockstar Games’ YouTube channel reveals that “GTA VI” is set for release in 2025 following a leak on social media earlier this week. The company has also revealed that the game is scheduled for release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and Series S in 2025. Unfortunately, there is no information on whether or when the game will be available on PC.
GTA 6 trailer reveals Lucia, its first female protagonist. The trailer opens with Lucia in prison, and as it progresses, Lucia and her boyfriend are seen carrying out Bonnie and Clyde-style heists in Vice City.
In their statement about GTA 6, Rockstar Games said that the game will take players to the Kingdom of Leonidas. This area includes the vibrant, neon-lit streets of Vice City and beyond, promising the most expansive and immersive development in the Grand Theft Auto franchise to date.
