Elon Musk Invites Journalists To Make Money With XRP
Billionaire Elon Musk recently launched microblogging platform X (formerly Twitter) and invited journalists to post directly on the social media app. He also removed headlines and text from news articles shared on X.
Now only the main image and web link are displayed in connection with news messages. Musk said this change makes things look better. Elon Musk also wants X to create a new way to display news articles with just a main image and a link. You can still access the article by clicking on the image.
This may shorten posts on users’ timelines so more content can be seen. Some users liked the change, but others said it’s important to know what you’re reading before you click on it.
Previously, Elon Musk said, “If you’re a journalist who wants more freedom to write and more income, publish directly on this platform. Users are charged on a ‘per-article’ basis and will have to pay more if they don’t sign up for a monthly subscription,” he said.

The company has also started paying eligible content producers a share of their advertising revenue. Many Indian accounts have received large sums of money by subscribing to X Premium and have had at least 500 followers and 5 million impressions in the last three months. Musk has also wanted to make X an all-in-one app that can help you find jobs, make video calls, and even stream.
In related news, X experienced a major glitch a few days ago that resulted in the loss of all old photos posted prior to December 2014. The company has since acknowledged the error on its @support account.
“Over the weekend we had a bug that prevented us from showing images before 2014. No images or data were lost. We fixed the bug and the issue will be fully resolved in the next few days,” the company said.
