Exclusive to X Premium+ Users, Grok AI is now accessible in this particular country.
Elon Musk has officially confirmed that X Premium+ users can now use the Grok AI chatbot on their X accounts. Grok, based on Grok-1, an LLM owned by X, developed over the past four months. Grok has several differences compared to popular chatbots such as Google Bard and ChatGPT.
Musk also noted that Grok is coming to Premium+ users in the US within the next week. He mentioned that Premium+ users have better access to Grok from day one than newer Premium+ subscribers on Platform X. He says that Premium+ users can find Grok in the side menu of X on Windows, Android, and iOS, as long as they are up to date. Those using X on mobile can bring Grok to the bottom menu for easy access, he adds.

Musk has touted the Grok AI chatbot as a better alternative to ChatGPT and Google’s Bard AI because it can provide answers to “spicy questions” that Musk claims other popular chatbots refrain from answering.
Back in November, X highlighted that Grok is based on a “Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy” that aims to answer almost anything and, more challengingly, even suggest what questions to ask!
We want Grok to act as a powerful research assistant for anyone, helping with quick access to relevant information, data processing and generating new ideas,” says X. In addition, the company aims to create AI tools that are useful to people of all backgrounds and political perspectives.
In addition, Grok can also go through X (Twitter) and use real-time information from the platform to respond accordingly. He confirmed that to use Grok AI, you need an X Premium+ subscription, which is the highest subscription X offers beyond the basic X Premium plan.
The operation of artificial intelligence chatbots on the Internet and the disclosure of information raises a lot of concerns. Some experts have spoken about plagiarism cases and copyright issues, so it’s important that Musk and his AI team at X clear up Grok and provide a safe experience for users.
