Google and Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai announced that the company has reached 100 million subscriptions to Google One, which provides additional storage for free services like Gmail, Drive and Photos, as well as access to other features.
The Google One Premium package includes 2 TB of storage space and other features such as VPN and dark web monitoring.
The company’s just-announced new AI Premium plan gives users access to Gemini AI, and will soon offer creative AI features in Gmail and Docs.
“We’ve just passed 100 million Google One subscribers! We’re looking forward to building on that momentum with our new AI Premium plan, which offers AI features like Gemini Advanced, as well as Gemini in Gmail, Docs, and more coming soon,” Pichai said in X’s post .

People can start using Gemini Advanced by subscribing to a new Google One AI Premium plan.
The “Gemini Ultra” AI model is a paid experience available at the new $20 Google One tier (with a two-month free trial), which also includes 2TB of storage and access to Gemini in Google Workspace apps like Docs, Slides. , Sheets and Meet.
