Vivo Y27s: 50MP Camera, 5,000mAh Battery, and More – Get Ready to be Impressed!
Chinese smartphone brand Vivo has a new affordable Y-series smartphone — Vivo Y27s — in the Indonesian market. The new handset features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset, a 50MP main camera and a 5,000mAh battery with 44W wired fast charging support.
Vivo Y27s price, colors and availability
The Vivo Y27s is available in Indonesia for IDR 2,399,000 (approx. Rs. 12,800) for the 8GB + 128GB variant and IDR 2,799,000 (approx. Rs. 14,900) for the 8GB + 256GB variant.
The phone is available in Burgundy Black and Garden Green variants and can be purchased from the official Vivo website. As of now, the company did not reveal any information about the India availability, but we can expect its launch in the coming months.
Vivo Y27 specifications
Vivo Y27s features a 6.64-inch LED LCD display with FHD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate with punch holes. The device runs on an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor and has 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM, which can practically be expanded up to 18GB.
It also has built-in UFS 2.2 storage up to 256GB which can be further expanded using an external microSD card up to 1TB. FuntouchOS 13 based on Android 13 is pre-installed on the phone.
In terms of camera specifications, the Vivo Y27s has a 50-megapixel primary rear camera and a 2-megapixel secondary rear camera, along with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for video calling and selfies.
The smartphone also packs a 5,000mAh battery with 44W wired fast charging support via USB Type-C port. It supports dual 4G SIM cards, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC and OTG. The device has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, IP54 dust and splash resistance rating and weighs 192 grams.
According to related news, Vivo will launch its flagship X100 series smartphones in its home country. The company will announce at least three new phones – Vivo X100, Vivo X100 Pro and Vivo X100 Pro+ on November 13 at 4:30 PM (IST) in China. According to reports, the Vivo X100 series is expected to feature MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9300 chipset.
