Step 1: Open WhatsApp.
Step 2: Go to your chat or the professional profile of the company you want to order from.
Step 3: Tap the buy button icon listed next to their name to go to their catalog.
Step 4: Once the catalog is open, browse the products you want to order.
Step 5: Tap on the product you like.
Step 6: Tap ADD TO CART on a product if you want to order.
Step 7: Once you have updated your cart, you can send it to the seller as a WhatsApp message.
Step 8: Once sent, you will be able to view your order details by pressing the VIEW CART button in your chat window with the seller.
To change your order, follow these steps:
Step 1: Press VIEW CART to see all the products added to your cart.
Step 2: Tap ADD MORE if you want to return to the catalog to continue adding more products.
