Zoom has introduced Meeting Summary and Chat Compose features as part of Zoom IQ, enabling teams to enhance their productivity, manage their workday priorities, and collaborate more efficiently through the video conferencing platform.
With Meeting Summary, Zoom Meeting hosts can now create a summary using its large language templates and share it in Team Chat and email without recording the conversation.
Hosts receive automatic summaries and can share them with attendees and non-attendees to improve team collaboration and speed up productivity.
“By bringing these new features to Zoom IQ, the amazing AI assistant, teams can improve productivity in everyday tasks, free up more time for creative work and expand collaboration,” said Smita Hashim, Zoom’s Chief Product Officer. in the current situation.
With Chat Compose, team chat users can now use the AI-powered typing feature, which leverages OpenAI technology, to create messages based on the context of the group thread, and change the tone and length of the message, as well as reformulate responses to accommodate text recommendations. .
To use these features, customers must go to the Zoom management console and sign up for free trials of each feature.
