Adobe expands India footprint, opens new office to host 2,000 employees
Software maker Adobe on Monday announced the opening of a state-of-the-art office tower in Bengaluru that will house more than 2,000 employees.
With more than 7,800 employees across five campuses in the country, India is Adobe’s largest employee base outside the United States and a major center for software innovation and business development.
“Adobe was among the first technology companies to invest in India 25 years ago. Today, our India teams are central to Adobe’s global innovation and cross-cloud leadership,” said Abhigyan Modi, Country Director, Adobe India and Head of Document Cloud, Adobe.
Teams in India are leading digital learning and print business leaders, accelerating product development in the Document Cloud, advancing the reach of Experience Cloud solutions and re-engineering the Creative Apps ecosystem through AI-led innovation.
“The expansion of our Bengaluru office marks the next chapter in Adobe’s incredible journey in India,” Modi added.
Earlier last month, Adobe announced the opening of a new Founders Tower in San Jose, California.
“With the opening of our new office tower, we are expanding our presence and commitment to India, increasing capacity and growing our innovation away from the Bengaluru campus,” said Abdul Jaleel, Head of People Experience, Adobe India.
The new building design incorporates a digital mindset that represents Adobe’s hybrid workplace philosophy, which focuses on enabling employees to come together in moments that matter, connect, foster community and enable creativity.
On each floor, employees can take advantage of unique spaces such as quiet focus rooms, collaborative spaces, modern workstations, vibrant meeting rooms and more, the company said.
