According to the Microsoft blog, users can access Microsoft Lists with their MSA (Microsoft account) from their Android or iOS devices.
The Microsoft Lists application includes various task management functions, such as managing contacts, work or personal events, creating different types of lists with different templates available, listing tasks or items, collaborating with friends or colleagues, and much more. In addition, data can also be exported to CSV files, which makes it easy to import data into other software. The blog stated, “Create, use and share your data with anyone, anywhere, on the go, in a personalized, mobile-enabled experience.”
Microsoft lists are now available for preview at lists.microsoft.com and as an app on Android and iOS devices. In addition, smartphone users can easily switch to a larger screen with its web browser version. Please note that your data will be synchronized across all devices as it requires MSA to access the data. Users can also easily switch between their personal or work accounts.
However, Microsoft did not confirm if they will bring the desktop app version to Microsoft Lists. For now, users can take advantage of the app from a smartphone and easy online login.
Microsoft has been working on several Microsoft 365 apps and introducing more user-friendly features recently.
