Nothing Ear (2) TWS Earbuds with Enhanced Noise Cancellation and Battery Life: Price, Features
The Nothing Ear (2) has been announced on Thursday, making it the company’s first second-generation product on the market. Nothing Ear (2) promises to be an update to Ear (1), which came as the first product of Carl Pei’s Nothing. The Ear (2) TWS earbuds seem to have worked based on consumer feedback and are set to be more of a premium product this time around. Noise reduction has been improved, but there are only a few changes in the design.
Nothing Ear (2) India Price
The Nothing Ear (2) has been launched in India at a price of Rs 9,999 and will be available starting March 22 on its official website in select markets. For Indians, Nothing Ear (2) will be open for sale from March 28.
Nothing Ear (2) features
Nothing says that people liked the Korva case (1) but thought it great. With the Ear (2), the company says it made the case smaller and lighter, but also managed to pack a bigger battery for longer backups. Nothing says it has decided to use its own custom 11.6mm speakers with thicker materials that result in rich sound quality and the bass has been tuned to give the music extra punch. As a premium product, Ear (2) is now compatible with the LHDC codec for high-quality audio streaming across available platforms.
The design of the headphones remains unchanged, but it is likely that the comfort of using the headphones has improved. Nothing has added in-ear (2) custom profiles that adapt to the ears and the environment. Multi-device pairing is another upgrade for these headphones, as Nothing claims you can seamlessly switch between your phone and laptop without having to lift a finger. For example, if you’re listening to music on your laptop and receive a call, the Ear (2) transfers the connection to your phone so you can take the call hands-free thanks to Google Fast and Microsoft Swift Pair technology.
You also have a transparent noise canceling mode, like the other premium TWS headphones in this series, which allows you to automatically hear the surrounding sound while talking to someone. The Ear (2) now offers 8 hours of music playback on a 10-minute charge. The buds have a 33mAh battery, while the case has a 485mAh unit. You can also charge the ear wirelessly (2).
