In the past month, Sony added 2021’s It Takes Two as well as indie games like Undertale to PS Plus members. This month, Sony seems to be following a similar strategy as in the past, with day one releases like Stray. It was previously said that PS Plus might not be able to offer a first-day release like Xbox GamePass, but Sony seems to be gradually jumping on the bandwagon.
In other news, PlayStation has begun rolling out a cloud streaming beta that includes 4K resolution support for select PS Plus Premium beta users. This follows the company’s announcement in June that it will begin testing cloud streaming of supported PS5 games.
This means that players in supported regions will soon be able to stream certain games and gameplay without having to download anything.
