After launching its latest flagship 12 series smartphones in China last week, Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO is all set to launch the iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 smartphones in India. The company has already confirmed the release date of these upcoming smartphones which is December 12th.
Now, ahead of the launch, the Chinese brand has revealed that the iQOO 12 series will be available on Amazon’s e-commerce platform for purchase in India. A microsite for the regular iQOO 12 model is now live on Amazon’s India website, confirming that the model is available for purchase on the e-commerce platform.
The iQOO 11 series successor is coming with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Gen 3 chipset and triple rear cameras in China. The iQOO 12 series is available in black, white and red color options and features a leather-like finish.
In China, the iQOO 12 comes in 12GB + 256GB for 3,999 Yuan (roughly Rs. 45,715), 16GB + 512GB for 4,299 Yuan (roughly Rs. 49,915) and 16GB + 1TB for 4,699,605 Yuan ( about R4,605. .).
The iQOO 12 Pro, on the other hand, is available in 16GB + 256GB for 4,999 yuan (approximately Rs. 58,045), 16GB + 512GB for 5,499 yuan (approximately 62,860) and 16GB + 1TB for 59 su. 68,575).

iQOO 12 series specifications

The iQOO 12 series features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 3,000 nits peak brightness, and HDR10 support. Both devices have an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The smartphones have up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
The iQOO 12 series smartphones have the Android 14 operating system on top of the company’s own FunTouch OS 14 layer. The iQOO 12 Pro has a triple rear camera with a 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 64-megapixel 3x telephoto camera. There is also a 16-megapixel front camera for video calls and selfies. The iQOO 12 Pro also has an IP68 rating, making it dust and water resistant.
