Xiaomi releases MIUI 14 update list for 2023: These phones will get the new version
Xiaomi has finally shared the details of the new MIUI 14 based on Android 13 at the Xiaomi 13 series launch event in Barcelona this week. The new version of MIUI has been eagerly awaited, not only because of the new features, but because Xiaomi finally has Android 13 in its lineup.
Brands like OnePlus, Samsung, even Nothing have ported their current phones to Android 13, and we’re just a few months away from seeing Android 14 at Google I/O 2023.
But it seems that Xiaomi is still facing challenges in adapting Android to its heavily customized MIUI skin. We are happy that the MIUI 14 update timeline is finally here and these devices will get the new Android 13 version from the first quarter of 2023.

Redmi is also getting some MIUI 14 love with last year’s Note 10 Pro, Note 10 and Redmi 10 models, as well as the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ mentioned here. No Poco devices have been given, so it’s possible that Poco will share them on its own timeline.
Xiaomi has been criticized for the delay in releasing new updates, and MIUI 14 has gone through its own challenges. But with the company now focusing on the premium range, its software focus will definitely need to be improved.
