Sony WF-C700N Earbuds With Active Noise Cancellation Now Available in India: Price and Details

Sony, the Japanese technology company, has revealed the introduction of its newest completely wireless earbuds, the WF-C700N, in India. The earphones boast notable features such as active noise cancellation (ANC) and ambient sound modes, as well as a battery life of up to 15 hours.

Priced at Rs 8,990 in India, the Sony WF-C700N headphones are available in Black, Lavender, Sage Green and White. The WF-C700N will be available at Sony retail stores (Sony Center and Sony Exclusive), www.ShopatSC portal, major electronics stores and other e-commerce sites in India from July 15, 2023.

Sony WF-C700N Specifications

The Sony WF-C700N TWS headset has a 5mm driver unit and supports ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) and ambient noise modes. It is 360 Reality Audio certified and compatible with Sony’s 360 Spatial Sound Personaliser. In addition, you can participate in conversations while wearing headphones with the Focus on Chat feature. The headphones also feature Sony’s Digital Sound Enhancement Engine (DSEE) to improve sound quality, especially for compressed tracks.

Sony’s new headphones also allow users to answer calls from a connected smartphone. Both headphones feature a mesh construction that is claimed to minimize wind noise. At the same time, the Sony WF-C700N also supports multi-point connectivity, which allows it to be connected to two devices at the same time.

Sony WF-C700N supports Bluetooth 5.2, which enables low-latency mode for watching videos. It also offers quick pairing for Android phones and Swift-Pair support for Windows 11 and Windows 10 PCs. It is compatible with SBC and AAC Bluetooth codecs for media playback. Additionally, Sony lets you use either earbud while the other is charging in the case.

The headphones offer up to 7.5 hours of battery life (10 hours with ANC off) and another 7.5 hours via the charging case (one additional charge). Sony says the headphones are IPX4 sweat and splash resistant.
