Telecom Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said on Monday that the country’s first quantum computing-based telecom network is now operational in the national capital. Speaking at the first International Quantum Enclave, Vaishnaw said that a quantum communication link is now operational between Sanchar Bhawan and the National Informatics Center office in the CGO complex in the national capital. “The first quantum secure communication link between Sanchar Bhawan and NIC, CGO complex is now operational,” Vaishnaw said and announced a reward of Rs 10,000 for ethical hackers who can crack the system’s encryption.…
