Xiaomi’s Redmi Watch 4: Get Ready to Be Wowed By Its Features and Price!
The Chinese tech giant Xiaomi introduced the new Redmi Watch 4 smartwatch in conjunction with the Redmi K70 launch event in China. The new Redmi Watch 4 features an AMOLED panel with Always-On Display support, a 470mAh battery, and runs HyperOS.

Priced at 499 yuan (roughly Rs. 5,957), the Redmi Watch 4 is available in stylish black and silver snow white colors in China. The Redmi Watch 4 offers users a variety of strap options, including metal, leather, or nylon options. It is currently available for purchase on the official Xiaomi website in China, with shipments starting on December 5th. As of now, there is no official information from the brand about its availability in India.
Specifications of the Redmi Watch 4 smartwatch
The Redmi Watch 4 smartwatch features a 1.97-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 390×450 pixels and a peak brightness of up to 600 nits. It runs on Xiaomi’s HyperOS operating system. With a square face and aluminum frame design, the smartwatch features an upgraded four-channel PPG sensor and offers access to over 150 sports modes.
Redmi’s new smartwatch keeps track of various daily activities. The smartwatch has several sensors that monitor stress, heart rate, oxygen level and sleep rhythm. It is equipped with accelerometer, gyro, geomagnetic, ambient light and optical heart rate sensors, as well as a blood oxygen meter.
The smartwatch also has a menstrual cycle meter. Designed to be water resistant, the Redmi Watch 4 is equipped with a 470 mAh battery that offers an impressive battery life of up to 20 days in typical use. With the Always-On Display feature activated, it still claims to deliver up to 10 days on a single charge.
Redmi has also announced the Redmi Buds 5 Pro with 10mm ceramic-coated tweeters and 11mm titanium-coated woofers. These headphones offer impressive active noise cancellation up to 52dB. Redmi Buds 5 Pro is priced at CNY 399 (roughly Rs. 4,700).
Redmi Buds 5 Pro offers a total battery life of up to 38 hours including the charging case. It also has Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.
