The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) said on Tuesday it had rejected a petition from ZTE Corp asking the agency to reconsider its decision designating the Chinese company as a threat to US national security from communications networks. Xiaomi Corp. posted its fastest pace of revenue growth in more than two years after the Chinese smartphone giant took market share from Huawei Technologies Co. when US sanctions intensified. Huawei sells the Honor brand to a consortium of agents and resellers to keep the unit alive

Huawei Technologies Co Ltd is selling its budget-branded Honor smartphone unit to a consortium of more than 30 agents and resellers in a bid to keep it alive, the company and consortium said on Tuesday. Qualcomm receives US clearance to sell 4G chips to Huawei as an exception to ban
