This 2D sidescroller boasts vibrant and bustling environments, with numerous hidden surprises waiting to be discovered. Players can choose from a cast of playable characters, including Mario, Luigi, Toad, Princess Peach, Princess Daisy, and Yoshi. Additionally, the game introduces a new power-up that allows Mario to transform into Elephant Mario, adding an exciting twist to the classic gameplay.
Nintendo describes Super Mario Bros. Wonderia as the next evolution of the traditional 2D side scrolling mechanics of the series.
