Apple has revealed plans to hold a virtual event on May 7, 2024 to introduce the latest lineup of iPads, including the new iPad Air and iPad Pro models. Media invites have been sent out for the event, which is set to take place on Tuesday, May 7 at 7:30 PM IST. The theme of the event is “Let Loose,” with a focus on the Apple Pencil highlighted in the invite.

Reports highlight that this could be a major upgrade to the iPad Pro after the M1 chip was integrated in 2021. Apple may include an OLED screen, a small size increase to 13 inches for the larger model, and a much-anticipated front bezel refit. the front-facing camera enhances the video conferencing experience. A few leak reports also point to a new Apple Pencil and a redesigned Magic Keyboard with an aluminum build and a more spacious trackpad.
Apple introduces a new form factor for the iPad
