According to Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, demonstration production of the standard iPhone 17 will begin in India in the second half of 2025. The company chooses to assemble the standard iPhone 17 in India because of its lower level of difficulty. design that minimizes risk.

The Cupertino-based tech giant has been developing older iPhones and other devices in India for several years in an effort to move more of its production out of China.

Ming-Chi Kuo also revealed that 12-14 percent of global iPhone shipments come from India, and this share is expected to rise to 20-25 percent by 2024.
