Jio recommends users to opt for Jio AirFiber as a premium wireless backup service. If you already have JioFiber, that should be enough for your connectivity and entertainment needs.

Is installation required to get new Jio AirFiber connection?

Yes, the outdoor unit is installed on the customer’s terrace/roof or outside the home.

Is the installation paid for?

Yes, there is an installation charge of Rs 1000, but this can be waived if you opt for an annual plan. Users can also benefit from choosing to pay with credit/debit card based EMIs on a monthly basis and still get the benefits of the annual plan.
