Nikon Unveils Z Series Mirrorless Camera in India: Price, Availability, and Specifications

Japanese imaging giant Nikon has launched its flagship mirrorless camera Nikon Z f in India. This new hybrid camera from Nokia is equipped with a full cell sensor, EXPEED 7 image processing engine, 24.5 megapixel CMOS sensor and much more.

Priced at Rs 1,76,995 in India, the Nikon Z f camera body is now available across India at Nikon outlets. According to the company, the Nikon Z f has features such as improved video performance, which allows for more authentic production of videos and stills.

With H.265/H.264 10-bit in-camera recording and N-Log/HLG recording support, users can also shoot with minimal equipment and without an external recorder.

With up to 125 minutes of 4K UHD/60p video recording, the Z f enables full-scale video recording for a sufficiently long time. In addition, it supports 4K UHD video recording with 6K upsampling, allowing you to create high-resolution videos.

Nikon’s newest camera has an EXPEED 7 image processor. This allows users to capture low-light situations beautifully with reduced noise even when ISO is raised, expanding the range of shooting dim scenes such as nightscapes and indoor portraits.

Nikon also claims that the Z f offers exceptional AF and VR performance. The camera is designed as a combination of functionality and aesthetics, with a stylish body and a flip-up LCD screen that can be turned to different angles.

According to Sajjan Kumar, managing director, Nikon India, the new camera is packed with power with the EXPEED 7 image processor, which offers features such as in-camera 10-bit N-log video.

AI-based features such as Portrait Effect Balance, Skin Softening and Advanced Auto are also designed to take into account the needs of photographers and videographers interested in the wedding and fashion genres.

“We are excited to launch the Nikon Z f, our latest addition to the full-frame Z family, offering versatile and innovative hybrid features,” Nikon India MD said.
