Apple is reportedly gearing up to introduce the revamped MacBook Airs featuring the M3 chipset, expected around the end of March.News

Report: Apple may launch MacBook Air M3 and next-generation iPad Pro in March.

More than three months have passed since Apple announced its M3-powered MacBook Pro models. MacBook Air models equipped with the same chipsets were notably absent. However, that may soon change as Apple is reportedly preparing to introduce a redesigned MacBook Air with the M3 chipset in late March, according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman.

These models are expected to replace the current M2-powered 13- and 15-inch MacBook Air models. In addition, it has been reported that they are already in mass production abroad.

The details of the design are uncertain for now. However, it’s worth noting that Apple introduced the new design with the M2-powered models, suggesting that the likelihood of a redesign in future models is relatively low, if at all. However, with Apple, the possibility can never be ruled out.

Also, like the current MacBook Air lineup, the new M3 MacBook Air could also be available in two sizes: a 13-inch version and another 15-inch model to suit multiple uses.

New iPad Pro models are also expected

In his PowerOn newsletter, Gurman notes that Apple’s next-generation iPad Pro will also be released in March, and is said to be the “biggest redesign ever” to the iPad Pro.

These new iPad Pro models are expected to feature OLED panels, making a switch from the LCD and Mini-LED models with the M2 chip. In addition, in line with the current MacBook Pro lineup, they have an M3 chip.
