Microsoft brings Office apps on Android and iOS platforms, Heres what it does.
Microsoft has millions of users working in the office “applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. However, both Android and iOS smartphone users, it can be a function of access to documents of different services, because it requires them to download separate applications to all of them. To solve this, Microsoft launched office “application for testing back in November last year. The app is meant to be a one-stop destination for users who want to create and share Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications. Now, the app is available to all users around the world. It can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store.
As explained by the Redmond-based tech company, the Office application brings three key benefits include:
-It combined with ‘goodness’ of Word, Excel and PowerPoint in one app so creating new documents and view them all in one place is less time-consuming. This also means less consumption of your phone storage.
-The App for Microsoft Office brings the company’s “Lens technology converts to editable Word and Excel documents, scan to PDF and other content, so it is easier to read.

Excel Cards View is another feature that is coming soon. With this, users can view and edit the data in Excel table in the form of a line card for easy viewing. The third feature is intended to find out the PowerPoint, which allows you to write the contents of a slide show as the outline of which is to convert presentable slides design and formatting PowerPoint Designer.
Although the application is free to download and use, if someone logs in, Connect to cloud storage service, or is Microsoft 365 subscription, the app opens are some more features that are not available to others.
