They wanted to achieve this by introducing a special event feature to conversations. These events focus on interactions related to marketing message offers and notifications.

According to the report, the new Marketing Messages feature will be available in the Business Tools tab after the latest updates to the business app are installed. This feature allows businesses to schedule when messages are sent and customize each message with each customer’s name by creating a template.

In addition, they can use marketing messages as a tool to analyze the performance of their messages and learn how they can improve their customers’ business experience.

Businesses can test this optional feature by paying a set fee, which can vary by country, and they can easily control the cost of each message they send, always staying within budget.

According to the report, this feature will make it easier for businesses to reach more people at once with new offers and announcements such as coupons, sales and promotions.

The Marketing Messages feature is available to some beta testers who install the latest WhatsApp Business beta updates for Android from the Google Play Store, and is rolling out to more users in the coming weeks.
